Flock Cameras in Montana: Map, Locations & Count

Montana is thinly mapped so far: 72 ALPR cameras inside the state line, 28 of them with no operator recorded at all; Lowe's is the largest named operator with 15 cameras. Treat every figure here as a floor: cameras appear on the map as people map them, and sparsely populated states are mapped last. The count is still measured inside the state boundary, so it is directly comparable with every other state on this site. Since 5 October 2026 the in-state count moved from 73 to 72 (-1).

Operator attribution comes from OpenStreetMap tagging where recorded and otherwise from the jurisdiction a camera sits in — a strong signal, not a confirmed record. 24 of the 72 cameras here carry an inferred operator.

Of the 70 cameras in Montana with a recorded manufacturer, 59 are tagged Flock Safety (84%); Motorola Solutions is the largest alternative at 3. 2 cameras carry no manufacturer tag at all.
